Bahan dari Lemper ayam
- It's of Bahan utama.
- You need 1 liter of beras ketan.
- It's 1 bgks of santan kara (200ml).
- It's 250 ml of air.
- You need secukupnya of Garam.
- It's of Bahan isian.
- Prepare 250 gr of ayam fillet (rebus&suwir tipis).
- It's 4 siung of bawang merah.
- You need 3 siung of bawang putih.
- You need 3 butir of kemiri.
- It's 1 sdt of ketumbar bubuk.
- Prepare 1 sdt of lada putih bubuk.
- Prepare 1 sdt of garam.
- You need 50 ml of santan kental.
- It's 100 ml of air.
- It's 1 batang of serai,geprek.
- You need 2 lembar of daun salam.
- You need 4 lembar of daun jeruk.
- Prepare of Daun pisang.
It is made with white glutinous rice with shredded chicken meat stuffed inside the rice. Lemper ayam instructions
- Cuci beras ketan,lalu rendam selama 2jam.
- Panaskan kukusan,kukus beras ketan kurleb 20mnt.masukkan beras saat kukusan sudah panas.angkat,dinginkan.
- Campur 200ml santan&250ml air kedalam panci terpisah.tambahkan 2sdt garam (me:refina).rebus campuran santan smp mendidih.jgn lupa diaduk² supaya santan TDK pecah.
- Angkat santan yg sudah dimasak,lalu masukkan beras ketan.aduk sampai tercampur rata.diamkan,tutup panci selama 10menit.
- Panaskan lagi kukusan,lalu masukkan beras ketan yg sudah tercampur santan.kukus lg selama 20mnt.setelah itu,sisihkan biarkan dingin.
- Siapkan bahan isian.haluskan bawang merah,bawang putih,kemiri,lada&garam.lalu tumis bumbu halus,serai geprek,daun salam&daun jeruk sampai harum.tambahkan air&santan,masukkan suwiran ayam.masak sampai kering ya ayamnya.tes rasa.
- Siapkan daun pisang yg sudah dijemur/dikukus,olesi dg minyak sayur tipis².bulatkan nasi ketan,ditekan² smp nempel y nasi ketan nya.lalu kasih isian,bungkus sematkan lidi.bakar diatas Teflon sampai daun layu..
