- Masukkan tepung terigu + baking powder + garam ke dalam adonan dan kocok dengan kecepatan sedang sampai tercampur (adonan seperti pasir).
- Tambahkan 2 butir telur ke dalam adonan dan mixer hingga tercampur rata..
- Ambil adonan dan bulat2kan masing-masing sebesar 70gram.
- Simpan adonan yang sudah dibulat2kan ke dalam freezer selama 1 malam.
- Keesokan harinya, panaskan oven 190 derajat celcius selama 10 menit, dan pastikan baking tray + kertas roti didalam oven, supaya cookiesnya crispy di bagian luar. Keluarkan adonan dari dalam freezer kemudian panggang selama 14 menit (bisa lebih tergantung oven).
- Jika sudah berwarna Golden Brown, keluarkan dari dalam oven, dan biarkan dingin. Siap disantap.
