- Setelah selesai tahapan diatas, bersiap utk membentuk adonan. Ambil secukupnya adonan bulatkan dengan tangan lalu tekan tengahnya sedikit saja, celupkan kedalam putih telur sekilas aja, agar lelehan putih telur tdk belepotan didalam wadah didalam keju parut yg tersisa.
- Kemudian gulingkan adonan kue kedalam keju parut, lakukan hingga habis dgn permukaan yg ditekan berada di atas, masukkan kedalam oven dgn suhu kurleb 145 derjat celcius atau api sedang, (disesuaikan dgn oven masing2 ja) selama 10 menit..
- Setelah 10 menit berlalu, keluarkan adonan dari oven, tambahkan selai diatas permukaan yg td sudah ditekan. Gunakan kantong spuit atau plastik gula, gunting ujungnya sedikit saja. Setelah semua diberi selai strawberry, masukkan kembali kedalam oven selama 15 - 20 menit disesuaikan dengan ukuran kue nya saja..
